Who We Are
We didn't start Meenz
just to sell fish.
We started it as fisheries graduates who grew up understanding what fish really means — not just as food, but as strength, health, and everyday nourishment. For us, this isn't a trend or a business opportunity. It's something we've lived, studied, and believed in long before Meenz existed.
India is one of the largest fish producers in the world, yet our consumption doesn't reflect that strength.
The issue isn't availability — it's the loss of trust, clarity, and connection with fish as a daily food. Somewhere along the way, real food became confusing, and people started replacing it with supplements instead of fixing the root problem. That didn't sit right with us.
So we built Meenz with a clear purpose — to bring fish back to where it belongs: your everyday plate. We focus on doing the basics right — clean sourcing, honest processing, and maintaining quality without shortcuts. No overcomplication, no false promises, just fish the way it should be.
This isn't just a business for us. It's a responsibility — restoring trust in what people eat and bringing real, natural nutrition back into everyday life.

What Our Customers Say
Ayirai meen was really fresh and all the fishes were alive, bro. You could tell the quality as soon as you saw it. It was easy to clean, and after cooking, the taste was excellent with a nice home-style feel. Overall, very satisfying, bro. I would definitely order again.
Vaalai karuvaadu was really good in quality. It was clean and not overly salty, which made a big difference. After cooking, the flavor came out very well. The packaging was neat too. Overall, a good quality product.
Ordered anchovy pickle tasted really authentic and flavorful. The fish was well-cooked and blended nicely with the spices. The balance of oil, salt, and masala was just right, not too overpowering. It had a nice homemade feel and paired really well with rice. Overall, very satisfying and worth trying.
